Ordering FAQ

Q: How do I get a quote?
A: Please complete the form. As you can see from all of the questions above, it’s really important that you provide as much information as possible. Once we have all of the details, we’ll send you a quote.

Q: Is there a minimum amount of paper I need to order?
A: Yes and No. If it is our stock paper you can order as little as one sheet, If you are order a custom color, custom seed mix or any other custom option then you will need to order a minimum of 1 batch (35-40 parent sheets)

Q: Will you start work on my project right away?
A: To begin working on your project, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit along with your signed estimate. Once we have all of that, we will put your job on our schedule and get to work!

Q: Can I get a proof?
A: We do our best to work with you on your designs before we begin printing to avoid any possible issues. Due to the nature of letterpress, it is nearly impossible for us to provide a proof. We will send you a PDF of the design; we consider the final, approved PDF to be your digital proof.

Q: What are my payment options?
A: We require a 50% non-refundable deposit before we begin work on a project, and the remaining balance plus shipping paid before we ship your pieces. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express for payment.

Q: How will my order be shipped?
A: We generally ship via FedEx ground unless other arrangements have been made. Shipping is paid with the balance payment for each job. If you would like us to use an alternate method or account please contact us to make arrangements. If we are shipping overseas you will need to make arrangements as we are unfamiliar with the various taxes and duties that may be imposed.

Q: Do you ship overseas?
A: Yes we can ship your order overseas. Keep in mind that we are not familiar with all the customs requirements associated with each country. When shipping overseas we recommend that you arrange shipment however, we will work with you to get the product to you.

Q: What is your return/exchange policy?
A: As long as it is a stocking order and you are not completely satisfied we will be happy to offer you a refund for product only or an exchange. If it was a custom order, we are unable to process a refund; however, if the problem was our error we’ll be happy to remake or reprint your job for you.
