Call For Artists - Hoptober Pressed

by Christopher James August 19, 2016

We are welcoming Autumn with round three of our annual beer themed art show: Hoptober Pressed. This year, our event will be a benefit fundraiser for our friend Bob Myers, founder of Modern Monks Brewery. In 2015, Bob was diagnosed with cancer. He was instrumental in starting and promoting Hoptober Pressed in 2012, and we can think of no better way to thank him than to dedicate this year's event to help him fight his battle against cancer. We are donating 100% of the profits from the event directly to Bob and his family. So come one, come all to a fun night of great art, delicious beer, salty snacks and party punk polka music from the Bolzen Beer Band!
This is a call for artists for our favorite event of the year! More information about the event coming next week.

HOPTOBER PRESSED - A show featuring art and design inspired by our favorite libation…BEER. On Saturday October 15th the keg will be tapped, art will be hung, prints will be sold, and music will be heard!

More information about the actual event and venue will be coming soon.

Original works will feature beer themed art. Each piece will be letterpress printed on our small batch, handcrafted brewhaus paper. The paper will be made with the finest quality spent grain from local breweries.
