who-opla!

samantha jumped into the pulp business back in 2002. since then she’s been the jack-of-all-trades, master of scheduling. from papermaking to PR, her job entails just a little of everything though her specific area of expertise is color matching. lately she focuses on making calendars coincide, keeping the customers happy and figuring out what the deal is with all of the random stacks of paper that are lying around. when she’s not working, she’s usually belly- dancing, hula-hooping, blasting the stereo, or cooking up some delicious mischief with her amazing son and wonderful friends.

christopher {a.k.a. headquarters} first had the vision that is porridge papers, inc. in his house back in 1993 when he got creative with that $20 papermaking kit he picked up from the art store. after years of doing everything in his power avoid a normal desk job, christopher spends most of his time at work AT HIS DESK! he’s the guy we go to when: something is broken or needs to be built, when something requiring lots of numbers needs to be figured out, and when bills need to be paid. he tinkers with all of our presses and pushes them to their limits. when not at work he has various projects at home and chases his daughters around the house.
